Our Vision & Philosophy

We will be the premiere commissioning organization within the United States Cadet Command; an organization that is comprised of highly talented, proficient, and professional personnel that are apt to train, teach, educate, and share information and innovative methods with others to significantly contribute to creating quality citizens and officers for service to the nation.

We will achieve our vision by adhering to USACC’s priorities and focusing our efforts within principles of leadership and performance. The “3Cs” of leadership are Character, Competency and Care; the “4Ps” of performance are Plan, Prepare, Practice and Perform. The successful combination and execution of these principles will enable 4th Brigade to always be REDI (Recruit/Retain, Educate, Develop and Inspire) for service to the Total Army and nation.
